Regressions with Codec Pack 1.7 #2887

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Allow Play Store to update Codec Pack
2. Relaunch CSipSimple
3. OPUS disappears from available codecs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected no change compared to the 1.5 codec pack.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

Latest CSipSimple available on Play Store and stock LP (build LRX22C) on Nexus 
5.

Please provide any additional information below.

I re-installed CSipSimpleCodecPack_1.5.apk, and everything is back to normal.
