sip message bug in sip stack library #2890

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install x-lite on desktop and csip on mobile
2. message from csip to xlite and other way round
3. xlite to csip will work and csip to xlite will fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SIP/2.0 400 Bad Request(Multiple values in single-value header Content-Type)

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
1.02.03 r2457, android lollipop, nexus 6
