What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. My Vitelity account uses Sip23 server - the app only goes to 9
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cannot select my Vitelity SIP server as a result

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Instead of radio buttons, you should use a drop down to allow many more SIP 
servers
