sound like a wave

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.make an outgoing call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
incoming sound is good
but
my contact says "sound is like a wave" . cyclically it is low then high

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Samsung S2 Plus
Android 4.2.2
csipsimple 1.02.03

provider : freephonie.net
using Wifi LAN with wifi adsl2+ router (Freebox V5)
adsl upload : 1 Mbit/s
adsl download : 8 Mbit/s
distance : 1 m from the router
me at Bordeaux
my contact at Paris

i ask this question :

csipsimple use G711a 8 KHz with Freephonie.net .
csipsimple and ktorrent shares the upload channel.

throughput of ktorrent is no steady . it constantly decreases and increases and 
can use 100% of the upload channel when it is alone .

perhaps i must restrict ktorrent to 0.5 Mbit/s thus it remains 0.5 Mbits (equal 
about 64 kbits) for csipsimple ?
