I'm using CSipSimple 1.02.03 r2457 on Android M. The issue exhibited on
Lollipop as well, but significantly less frequently.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have CSipSimple launch on boot and register with the server, icon appears in
system tray/lock screen
2. Disrupt LTE/WiFi signal to the phone
3. CSipSimple loses registration and icon disappears
4. Tap CSipSimple from the app drawer, go into accounts
5. CSipSimple reports account as connected, however the icon is gone from the
system menu *and* the account is actually offline, not registered with the
server.
I would expect CSipSimple to reliably re-register with the server when internet
connection is restored and it is NOT happening. Instead the CSipSimple is stuck
in a limbo where account is shown to be registered and it's really not. The
only current workaround is to "disconnect" and then restart the app.
If this is a duplicate of a current issue, I apologize, I didn't know which
keywords to search for.
