Start WinSCP here #341

Hi,
I would like to see new feature called: "Start WinSCP here".

Nice example is implemented inside Kitty (http://kitty.9bis.net/).
I will be great to right click on tab - select "Start WinSCP here" and then 
WinSCP will be opened with this session/path.
