With Team Viewer putty console appears outside of the SuperPutty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Ensure team viwerer is running
2.Open a session
3.Putty session appears outside of super putty in a new window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: with teamviewer not running it opens inside superputty. 
Actual: with teamviewer running it opens outside superputty. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7
Downloaded today

Hi,
disabling TeamViewer quick connection button fixes problem.
