video_player: add ELinuxVideoPlayer (dartPluginClass) #80

This change fixes #78 issue of AndroidVideoPlayer being used on x64 host PC for some reason, and adds ELinuxVideoPlayer dart plugin class as a VideoPlayerPlatform for eLinux.
