What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set autoexpand to false
2. resize container down to force scroll bars
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
scroll bars should appear and content should be fully scrollable
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flex 4.1, Flash Player 10.3
