Date Stamp #232

There should be an option to customize (and even turn off) the date stamp
given to the output. Why? I want to check generated documentation into SVN.

With a new date stamp constantly changing every output html file, it's hard
to know which docs have 'really' changed (vs those with just a new stamp).
BTW, I'd prefer the option to specify month & year as a date stamp.

While I don't recommend using version control to track changes in generated
files, the option to remove the
datestamp is already there. You (and all users) are encouraged (frequently
here) to modify the template that you
use to generate your output. Simply remove any bits you don't like, such as the
datestamp.
