@abstract #250

Add a tag to indicate whether a method (or class) is intended to be
abstract (to be overridden by an extending class or by a mix-in operation
on the object/class). While this cannot be done explicitly in JavaScript at
the moment, it would be nice to have documentation to indicate so.
