larger contact picture for ICS? #351

Not a problem, but on ICS we have the ability to have much larger contact 
pictures than what is given in the app. For glancing purposes it looks much 
nicer to have a larger picture available. Could you include an option to have a 
fullsize 256x256 contact picture?
