Hide btns until ready #137

The button-area in the header is hidden until the page has loaded, to avoid seeing the not-so-beautiful unstyled buttons. Also a "standard"-height of 87px has been set on the header (and a corresponding margin for the div-element containing the lists) to minimize the moving and height-changes of elements on page load.

Can you add a loading indicator? A simple free-to-use gif would do (or maybe even just a "loading"-text)
