Pressing clone buttons when not logged in #99

It's possible to press the buttons for cloning backlog items even though the user is not logged in. This results in an error message.

Note that this currently must be fixed in both generateList in Javacript, but also the JSP files - better to wait with the fix until we can remove generateList.
