[edo][pdx203 - XQ-AT51] SIM not detected - No audio #816

Open Johnkarazou opened 10 months ago

Johnkarazou commented 10 months ago

Platform:edo Device:pdx203 - XQ-AT51 Kernel version:4.19 Android version:android-13.0.0_r75 *Software binaries version:Android_13_4.19_v2_edo*

Previously working on Haven't got it working yet

Description I flashed 58.0.A.3.194 as suggested before. I built the android 13 aosp (Without any modifications), flashed OEM partition and booted. Sim is not detected, and I've got no sound (Vibration working) I have also tested it from latest firmware 58.2.A.7.93. Same issues.

Symptoms No SIM card - No sound

How to reproduce Not working from start (at least for me!)

Additional context I believe if I start a sound, something might appear in logs. I started getting the log as soon as I press the "Sound & vibration" menu and choose a sound. I got a lag when I pressed the menu, and got a System not responding. after a couple of seconds it proceed. I hope this helps. sound.txt

I'm not sure how to get logs for SIM though. So I grabbed them from the moment the device starts and 10 seconds after it boots. sim.txt

Hello again. Is there any news on this one? I'm open to testing so we can resolve this matter.

I also tried A12 but I still got the same issues. I also noticed that on A12 my device is recognised correctly as XQ-AT51, while on A13 it's recognised as XQ-AT52 - dual sim model (I've double checked that I didn't mess this up during build)

Thanks in advance, Ioannis.

Hello Ioannis, you can not cross flash the single sim device with dual sim image because the telephony configuration is different. Please test the correct image for your device then provide logcat from boot Thanks Alin

Hello. I've already said that I double checked that I used XQ-AT51 roms (which is my device).

What I said is that I noticed, on A13 the device ,after flashing XQ-AT51 firmware (build from sodp pure whithout any modifications) is changing to XQ-AT52.

The logs I have provided from the first post is exactly what you need. (Came from 58.0.A.3.194, build sodp 13 XQ-AT51 rom, without any modifications)

Thank you for your answer, and I apologize for any confusion I probably made.

if needed: I can provide screenshots both after lunch command (where I choose XQ-AT51) and from the phone in the menu "About phone" that recognize it as XQ-AT52 after flashing it

Hello, Thank you for your time looking into this. I really look forward to keep this phone alive!

Please let me know if you need any more details. I'm not using this phone daily, so I'm open on testing things if needed. I hope I gave you enough information on this matter to help you.

Sincerely, Ioannis
