[1/4] [R] hardware/ssc: Move Edo/Kona product-specific sensor overlays to devices #851

PDX203 and PDX206 have the LSM6DSM 6DoF IMU and AK0991 magnetometer mounted at a different orientation, and have this orientation compensated for in the _somc_product overlays. These files are moved to device repos to allow this customization, without cluttering the shared repository.
