[TEMP] common.mk: Disable compressed APEX #871

As a temp fix lets disable compressed APEX which causes a12 to not boot on 4.14 kernel.

Please test !!!!!

or we can set it with OVERRIDE_PRODUCT_COMPRESSED_APEX flag

OVERRIDE_PRODUCT_COMPRESSED_APEX works fine for me, no idea why this PR wasn't tested.

Because my pdx201 rebooted once i wiped data. And i didnt get to it yet. Thus has test please with lot of ! Will change the PR tomorrow for the correct flag since it was tested.
