Later firmware partitions use a different file layout.

Config files for other provides are also still wrong.

This the first batch of changes. I'm not entirely sure how the renames are handled for some cases. E.g. in case of Vodafone there's no VL anymore but just Commercial, NONIMS, Non_VoLTE, VLVW and VoLTE.
