How to flash CM 12.1 D2303 or D2306 #22

how can I flash the 12.1 cm can not, and how can I update the bootloader if you need via emma. The Emma tells me that there is nothing to the device why?

I need that rom TFT and that region for update bootloader with emma

seems not to be an issue on development (my modest opinion)
