[LOIRE] Audio: New ACDB IDs and right parameters #132

Speaker configuration parameters were wrong as AOSP HAL wants the config_params node. ACDB IDs were also missed and wrong. Old pcm_ids now do apply, as the AOSP HAL also can understand USECASE_AUDIO_SPKR_CALIB_TX.
