[master] Remove deprecated paths #222

On kernel 4.9, /sys/devices/soc has been moved to /sys/devices/platform/soc.

This branch for Android P+ and it uses kernel 4.9 only.

leave it open for now I will not merge it

I add this for all platforms, then you can merge this when the time comes
