Revert "seagull: disable actual memconfig" #15

No no no! Without this the kernel tries to allocate too much RAM and will crash randomly and silently. Better is to tune the value to get the maximum RAM.

This reverts commit fbf6a1e5b6970d6ea99f33faa1917be9b257c115.
