WIP: Adding ability for external json config file to ignore incoming events #92

Removes any events that are not of interest; helps prevent "flood" of events from knocking out Jenkins event processing.

@rsandell - added some changes - please review and lemme know if you want something better, especially around testing verification - I didn't want to modify the worker to check if they had finished but can do so if you prefer.
