This PR contains a set of changes required for SoMC Nagara and Yodo.
The DTS were re-imported from scratch (this was the easiest and fastest way, sorry) and wired up without the hacks.
SoC Waipio received the necessary changes to work properly with the current kernel version.
Some drivers have been updated to the latest versions.
Techpack fragments also received the necessary patches.
The next set of patches (such as PCIe, audio, bt, wlan, etc) will arrive along in the stabilization PR.
Current status: Nagara is booting into Android, Yodo is just a compilation test. If any issues arise with booting Yodo, most likely it will be due to a misconfiguration in its defconfig.
