Regenerate defconfig (the last regeneration was not tracked https://github.com/sonyxperiadev/kernel/commit/ce3e98e00eab5ad77998beac2844d53c7b78d87b). PCIe and VIDC changes to match kernel 5.15.
Test: Nagara boots, QCA6490 WLAN which is connected to the PCIe bus works correctly.
