This way we disable the only use of TARGET_BOARD_AUTO in the HAL.

This reverts commit d0246ae7417d789a39afdf4d1632df8e2c0437ff.

And I haven't seen libc2dcolorconvert_system built in any of my out directories.

@pablomh Any reason for closing? Seems like a nice cleanup and no one should ever want vendor components in /system (volte...).

I realized that we don't ship libc2dcolorconvert_system and thought that it was then a gratuitous commit with no "real" effect.
