- Create new ontology
- Import SKOS-DL ontology
- Go to SKOS View Tab
- In view "Concept list" view (or "Asserted Concept hierarchy") click on button
"Add Concept"
- No Concept Scheme exists, we can simply create the URI of the Concept and
save it
- Now go in "Concept Scheme List" view, create a new Concept Scheme by clicking
on "Add Concept Scheme", and save it
- Go back to "Concept list" view (or "Asserted Concept hierarchy"), click on
button "Add Concept"
- Dialog appears to select the Concept Scheme of the Scheme. "OK" Button is
grayed out, I cannot click on it and cannot create the Concept

Note : this seems to happen on Protégé 4.2 beta only, not Protégé 4.1
