Add Fourth of May Cosplay Saber to weapon picker #205

Note that it uses your highest stat for attacks according to http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Fourth_of_May_Cosplay_Saber, so the only finicky logic is seal clubbers wanting to be able to club.
