OCRS Does not do Blech House with the Smut Orcs #217

When doing an OCRS run with the script it does not configure your equipment/skills so the Blech house adventures appear in the Smut Orcs

No path other than Dark Gyffte does at present. It's one of those new changes to KoL that needs proper support.

Speaking of which it doesn't look like mafia has the UI support for setting the NC yet either (prefref choiceAdventure1345 returns nothing for me too so mafia's full support might still be pending).
