Ka farming as Ed at the hippy camp fails once outfit is acquired

The maximizer apparently naturally equips the hippy outfit, which leads to gaining no Ka, but still spending lots of turns there. Need to add "-outfit filthy hippy disguise" or whatever to the maximizer statement when ka farming at the hippy camp.
