4 years ago Note that Mafia still has canadia_available() and gnomads_available() returning true by sign, so functions like LX_loggingHatchet() and sl_change_mcd() are still broken
I had a bigger change set building but was foolishly working on it in the scripts folder and it got overwritten by the recent upgrade. Still, these are some basic changes required. I'll update this PR as I go and welcome others to make PRs against it if they wish
