sl_ascend dies in HCCS in non-degrassi moon signs #94

In HCCS, the woods don't open up until you get the white citadel quest from your guild. I ascended in a little Canadia moon sign, which means the meat car isn't "free."

sl_ascend breaks trying to create miniature power pills because the crackpot mystic's shed isn't available without a woods unlock.

Verifying ingredients for miniature power pill (1)... Creating 1 miniature power pill... Mystic shopping was unsuccessful. Should not have gotten here, aborted LA_cs_communityService method allowed return to caller. Uh oh.

It should either: Not try to make the miniature power pills or Adventure in degrassi knoll garage to get the pieces for the meat car and open the white citadel quest to get access to the crackpot mystic in the woods.

To be more clear, it should: check degrassi_available(). If not: visit blaine, get meat car shopping quest Adventure in degrassi garage until it gets the components for meat car build meatcar go back to blaine twice to get white citadel quest THEN try making miniature power pills.
