I sent the tokens directly from the Exchange, it gave me an error for the amount and I have not received the tokens back either in the exchange or in my wallet registered in Soonaverse

I sent the tokens to stake directly from the Exchange, it gave me an error for the amount and I have not received the tokens back either in the exchange or in my wallet registered in Soonaverse, I sent the incident to the exchange and they told me that on their part Everything was correct, I had to consult Soonaverse, I explained the problem to Shonuff and Bananu and after several verifications they could not find the problem, they told me to open this incident to be able to recover the tokens. "Well the fact that u sent directly from an exchange changes everything! That's also why our tx window says not to send from there😉

From the point of the exchange ofc everything seems okay bc they sent a transaction and it went through. Case closed.

But the rejected tx went back to their "pool address" a few seconds after u sent it to soonaverse so they probably didn't recognize this extra transaction. They need to check their wallet for an incoming tx on that exact date with that exact tx ID u can only find in ur soonaverse tx history (see linked message with ur screenshot). They don't have to search for an actual error, only a "homeless tx" and account this to u.

U don't have to open the above mentioned github payment issue in this case"
