Soonaverse account connected to Tanglepay can no longer connect #1136

Hi, I have a problem that I can't get any further. I have 2 accounts on Sonnaverse.

  1. Account: @Machste only connected to Tanglepay on Shimmer address: smr1qpxjfnw4gtp0w68knhs97uqe5ztpp7ddlz8eg22hk70uyc5lgkjpjewd2vj

  2. Account: @Meta Machste affiliated with MetaMask Verified with Shimmer address: smr1qzjrmq3lfgqylgjr8ukxyx39vy04v8ajpwchj58nrflxy2ncancpc2ahpsf and Iota address: iota1qr6w6sjgv2z66e2lruff54uzxlhh8cs54gfttf5mq63w5w9hlccmq5velx3 on Soonaverse, this iota address is associated with iota1qqyq3mqvq5fdw2h854g5wxu3yyqfldhmhf9psdcdtp4v72x0lscvynhxmpl. Incidentally, I also don't understand why the address with which I verified it isn't displayed there at soonaverse. but that's another story.

On the 1st account I can no longer connect to Tanglepay for about a week. On Wednesday April 26th I was able to connect to Soonaverse with Tanglepay about 3 or 4 times. And then no more. I have no idea what's going wrong and if it's a bug or an error on my part. Actually I would prefer to only have one account with Soonaverse but there are still some NFTs on the inaccessible account which I can't move until I have access.

  1. Account is fully functional, only included for completeness. It may be that the error is caused by the two accounts.

Description of the process that leads to the error: When I click the Connect button on the Soonaverse page and then select Tanglepay "Connect Via Tanglepay". The window with the circle and the spinning yellow dot pops up but the Tanglepay app doesn't pop up so I can´t confirm the connection.

**Desktop Edition Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎04/12/2023 Operating system build 19045.2846 Performance Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

Browser: Chrom Browser with Tanglepay and Metamask extension

I have already written to Tanglepay support in Discord. They said I should clear the browser cache. I did and no success. Then I reinstalled Tanglepay as an extension of Chrome. no success.

Could someone please check if there is a problem with my Soonaverse account on username @Machste, please. Otherwise I have no more access to it.

if anything else is needed please let me know. I will try to deliver everything to be able to narrow down and solve the problem.

I just found out I even have 3 accounts at Soonaverse. I actually didn't remember one. That would be the @Machste Shimmer EVM account. I don't remember exactly how it's connected. Could it be the reason that I can no longer access the @Machste account? Soonaverse Konten
