Hello,

We post the issue for the member of Soonaverse that got funds stuck during an auction. To describe what happened.

Users did bidding on the NFT id started on July 4th at 8:00 pm.
Some members told me that they were unable to bid on it "the payment is not recieved by soonaverse." 
I tried to reset the auction by cancelling it on July 6th following these troubles.
I managed to restard the Auction on July 6th at 8:00 pm.
A community member "Pikachu" ID on Soonaverse told me that his previous bidding wasn't returned to his wallet.

I told him maybe it was on hold until the end of the auction on July 7th at 8:00 pm.
Some community members managed to bid and others reported me that they were still unable to bid.
Auction ended but funds was still no returned to the member "Pikachu"

The fact that during all the auction, it wasn't possible to see who was the top bidder since it wasn't loading at all.

Fortunately this trouble happened with a short amount of shimmer but still need to be resolved.

I can't really reproduce the issue, It always keeps the highest bid and returns all the previous bids on wen.soonaverse.com

@adamunchained can we check the specific transactions mentioned above?

It seems to be working well. BananaFeed have this happen you again? I feel it might have just been related to front-end performance issues where certain data were not refreshing properly which we hopefully now fixed. Please let us know.
