The export batch script uses a CSV format with the pipe symbol as a delimiter, which isn't understood by MS Excel when directly opening the snapshot CSV file.
It does work with a semicolon, however. This is also one of the defaults for the LibreOffice import mechanism (and OpenOffice?). This could be an easy fix, as semicolons are not part of the data itself
Also, umlauts and special characters are not displayed correctly, presumably MS Excel is not set to UTF-8 per default. A workaround should be part of the dirt-rally-time-recorder docs.
