Add Fiesta R5 MKII #48

The new Fiesta will be available in the 1.16 game update coming soon. It should be tested whether this introduces another ambiguity in the pack of similar R5 cars and if heuristics can help.

Earlier than announced, Codemasters have released the 1.16 update. In addition to the Fiesta R5, this even includes a nice sound update to the Polo R5. Just to be sure, it should be checked if the Polo still shows the same UDP telemetry, which may or may not be coupled with the sound engine.

This is resolved with release version 2.10.0.
