Missing horizontal scroll bar for list of grouped names #7

Open soons1 opened 7 months ago

When a name exceeding the window size is displayed, I cannot find the horizontal scroll bar for the list of names, despite spending quite some time trying to click around to find it. Users may find it difficult to locate it as well

Simply add a person with a long name and call the group command to replicate this

Team's Response

The scroll bar is there. We made it invisible because it looks better, however, during the dry run we were given feedback that some cannot find the scroll bar. However, we didn't change it to be visible because of the feature freeze but we did specify in the UG that the scroll bar is invisible and it exist.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for the response. However, if the knowledge of such an issue exists, even if the scroll bar itself cannot be changed due to the feature freeze, could something else have been changed to help the user identify the scroll bar? Maybe adding a screenshot with an arrow to indicate where it is in the UG, or stating in the planned enhancement that acknowledges the problem. Instead, nothing was done to help indicate the problem to users in spite of knowing this problem. Thus, I believe the issue cannot be rejected.

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Low`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** This issue concerns the use of the product itself rather than cosmetic issues. Without any indication in the UG/DG, and trying to find the scroll bar by clicking around the box, I was still unable to locate the scroll bar, and this affected the use of the product since I am unable to see the full name. The fact that this problem was faced by other testers would indicate that this issue not only causes inconvenience but also happens frequently. I would argue that the severity should be medium instead.
