Text overlay is kept as "Preview" when streaming #31

The default overlay text doesn't disappear after clicking Play. You can change it and then change it to nothing, to make it disappear. It does not happen if the session is loaded from a .huba file, so it is not a blocker for LP.

Indeed this is weird @rubenquidam. In addition there is a side-effect. It seems when you get back to preview mode, the text overlay doesn't appear back on the screen. I think this is better to have consistency across the different use cases.

I'll make a patch, which includes:

removing any text overlay in GStreamer pipeline
adding a Gtk.Label overlaid to the video monitor to continue to display info (like "Preview" or "No video source") to the user
