Provision physical servers #3

The idea here is to be able to deploy machines with an OS on the network. We want to avoid machine related actions like connecting a USB card or whatever.

PXE Boot puts an OS in the RAM. It does not install a machine with an OS on the disk.

Discussion with other people around Orange Pi concluded that OPiOne+ H6 is not really capable of starting from network.

I'm reopening this issue since I'd like to know more about MaaS, wich seems that much integrated with Ubuntu that it may be a solution.
