This PR brings GIB2 Nodes (SSE Item Boxes) to usable status.

Add support for GIB2 trigger fields
Support the Collision Data file index field for item boxes
Fix for size being incorrect in OnCalculateSize()
Properly read the X and Y position of the item box. Also fix endianness of these floats.
Support the Spawn Group field. This group corresponds to the spawn tables in the stage's itemgen table
