Soot mailing list page is unreachable #1597

The link for the mailing list given in the Readme: http://www.sable.mcgill.ca/mailman/listinfo/soot-list/ is not reachable, shown in the screenshot below.

Sorry, I just was made aware of this issue now. Actually, the whole list seems to have stopped working now.

I will see if we can revive the archives, but it makes sense to move to a different channel anyhow. We are thinking of setting up something on Gitter. Or do you have a better suggestion, maybe?
