Add Proxy Support to the Service Connection #3

There is a need to have a proxy in between the ServiceNow server and the Puppet Servers.

@botondlaxmi If possible can u help to test it in the company's environ.. Just need to run the ruby file.... is suffice with the proxy setting in config file... Use the branch https://github.com/sooyean-hoo/puppetlabs-servicenow_cmdb_integration/tree/68-add-proxy-support-to-the-service-connection
