Moviebot v1 #61

2 modules added. One that is the most childish thing I've ever written, and the movie bot - which takes quotes from IMDB and makes a trivia game out of it.

Multiple unrelated (except by common author) modules in one PR, not updated for Sopel, requested for pull from a forked repository that no longer exists.

Sigh… I don't like closing PRs unmerged, but this one I think I will.
