New module suggestion: Trello card links - extra info #68

Known bugs:

To test:

  1. Install to ~/.willie/modules
  2. Enter a link to a trello card, such as https://trello.com/c/mAXl3pd3/2-this-is-a-card
  3. Willie should respond with info about the link, and not show any standard URL-reporting info.

I'm not a lawyer, but i'm pretty sure the GPL is incompatible with the licence willie uses (EFL)

Closing per license concerns, and lack of updates for the current version of Sopel (previously Willie).
