Deprecate .gh version in favor of core's .version github command
Restore minimal functionality of .gh status (broke a while ago)
Thought about trying to split this into logical commits, but it would be really time-consuming and not all that helpful. Most of the changes HAVE to happen all at once (reorganizing files, updating imports, etc.) and the few little things that could be separated out aren't worth it.
