No command exists to look up a user #19

This lovely function can only be triggered by a link to someone's profile:

Once upon a time, there was a twit.py plugin in sopel-extras (which may or may not still work) that offered an easy .twitinfo command to show a Twitter user's profile info. This plugin should have something like that.
