BSL Audio at Dead Body

Describe the bug Once a unit dies. The BSL at the body reports as Hero-0, regardless of what the actual unit tagline is.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have someone join CP without the Hero-0 tagline.
2. Be near them when they die while you are not on any UU jobs.
3. Hear the BSL call out for Hero-0

Expected behavior The tagline to either be correct or not state it at all for non-SVs.
