Describe the bug The OTA command /outlandsbase does not work

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Flag onto OTA and get your rank
  2. Go to outlands
  3. attempt to open outlands base with command
  4. See error

Expected behaviour Base door to open
