1.12.0 - Ration Dispenser remaining offline. #148

Describe the bug Ration Dispenser doesn't go online when it is supposed to

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Set the time to 10 AM
  2. Go to the RDC
  3. Click on the RDT
  4. See error

Expected behaviour Give the ration needed to the player

impulse version (press F1 in the bottom right): 1.12.0
